The Digital Switchover TV is changing. This is called the digital switchover. It is a new way of sending out TV programmes. |

How do I know if I have digital TV? If you have 5 channels or fewer on your TV, you do not have digital TV. |

We are here to help
We are the Switchover Help Scheme. We are here to help you make your TV digital. We will help you to change 1 of your TVs so that you carry on getting TV programmes after the change to digital. |

They have been asked to do this by the Government. |

Even if you already have 1 digital TV in your home we can still help you. We can make another TV digital in another room like your kitchen or bedroom. |

Other ways you can get in touch with us We are open from 8am in the morning to 8pm at night Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday we are open from 8am in the morning to 6pm at night. Calls from your landline will be free. Calls from your mobile phone will cost you money.
