Creating partnerships
For many people television is an important way of receiving information from the outside world. And the process of changing from analogue to digital can be worrying. That's why we are working closely with local agencies to make sure your customers get the help they are entitled to
Our team of Regional Project Co-ordinators work on a local level with Local Authorities, community groups and the voluntary sector to build positive relationships with the community and ensure that the Help Scheme reaches the most vulnerable people in society.
Our Partnership Network is now up and running across the ITV Border region and we are increasing the number of Regional Project Co-ordinators in other areas to ensure that we can continue to develop new networks of partners who are trusted within their communities.
Work with us
Our team of Regional Project Co-ordinators will be pleased to work with a wide range of established local organisations to raise awareness of the Switchover Help Scheme.
Many people who could benefit from the Switchover Help Scheme are amongst the most vulnerable people in society. You can help us to reach those in greatest need by ensuring that those you come into contact with receive information about the Help Scheme and know where to go for help. If you work in the local community and want to find out more about how you can assist us in reaching those who need help, we would be grateful if you could contact your nearest Regional Project Co-ordinator.
