Switchover date 2008 - 2009

The digital TV switchover for the Border TV region completed on 22 July 2009.

This means that from 22 August 2009 eligibile people were no longer able to apply for our help in this region.

If you are eligible for help in the Border TV region but get your television signal from a different TV region, such as Tyne Tees, and you have not yet had our help, we may contact you again with information about the Help Scheme before the other region switches.
