Quote from a customer expressing thanks for a job well done

Our promise to you

If you want us to install equipment in your home, to help you know where we are and what we are doing, we will:

  • let you know where we put things;
  • tell you if we move to another room;
  • explain what we are doing while we work.

We will change as little as possible in your home and will:

  • make sure your things go back in their proper place;
  • ask permission before we do something;
  • explain why we have left anything new in your home and explain what it does.

To help you understand what we are saying, or make it easier for you to deal with unfamiliar people, we will:

  • always repeat things or slow down, if you ask;
  • make sure we speak clearly and towards you at all times,and that we are in the light if you lipread.

We will always give you a little more time if you want it, so we will:

  • wait a while after we ring your doorbell;
  • be patient if you would like more time with any aspect of our visit.

You can also tell us if you would like someone else to be with you when we bring your equipment (maybe a friend, relative or carer). We can contact them to arrange this for you.
