What do I do now?
Before you hear from us
If you are eligible for help from the Help Scheme we will send you an information pack in the months leading to switchover in your region. This pack will outline the Help Scheme options available to you. You do not need to do anything until you have received your information pack.

After you hear from us
When you receive your information pack, please contact us even if you don’t need our help, so that we know you are ready for switchover. If you have already received your Help Scheme letter, you can reply online here.
After your installation takes place
If you need any help with your new equipment, for example retuning, you can download instruction manuals and advice on our aftercare page. Or you can call us, using the aftercare number on the equipment we install.
