Switchover date 2011

The digital TV switchover for the Yorkshire TV region completed on 21 September 2011.

This means that from 21 October 2011, eligible people are no longer able to apply for our help in this region.

People with digital TV equipment supplied through the Switchover Help Scheme can continue to get help and advice from our aftercare line for up to a year after they receive their equipment.

If you were eligible for help in the Yorkshire TV region but get your television signal from a different TV region, such as Tyne Tees, and you have not yet had our help, we may contact you again with information about the Help Scheme before the other region switches.
