When can I get help?

Between now and the end of 2012, television services in the UK will go completely digital, region by region.

The best way to check which TV region you are in is by seeing which ITV news service you receive. If you are still unsure which region you are in, you can check by postcode at digitaluk.co.uk.

You'll get plenty of notice before TV services in your area are affected, and if you are eligible for the Switchover Help Scheme we'll be in touch personally with advice on what to do.
